বিশ্ব তোমার পদতলে সাবিরুলের প্রথম বই যা তাকে ব্রিটেনজোড়া খ্যাতি এনে দিয়েছে। সেপ্টেম্বর মাসে সাবিরুল এসেছিলেন বাংলাদেশে। সেই সময় তিন তার বই এর একটি কপি উপহার দের একজন বড় ব্যক্তিত্বকে। তাঁর টেবিলে বইটির দিকে লোলুপ দৃষ্টিতে তাকিয়ে থাকায় তিনি সেটি আমাকে পড়তে দেন। মোটামুটি সপ্তাহ দুয়েক লাগিয়ে সেটা পড়া শেষ করেছি। বইটি বাংলায় অনুবাদ হয়ে প্রকাশিত হবে সহসা। তখন সবাই সেটি পড়তে পারবেন।
সেই বই-এর একেবারে শেষে সাবিরুল উদ্যোক্তাদের জন্য ১০টি টিপস দিয়েছেন। সংক্ষেপে সেগুলো আপনাদের কাছে আমরা তুলে ধরলাম ।
⛳ রূপকল্প : থিংক বিগ – বড় করে ভাবতে হবে। তরুনরাই আসলেবড় স্বপ্ন দেখতে পারে বলে যে ধারণা প্রচলিত সাবেরুল তার সঙ্গে একমত। কাজে বড় চিন্তা করার পরামর্শ দিয়েছেন তিনি।
⛳ তিন আঘাত – থ্রী স্ট্রাইক : চাইলেই তো বড় উদ্যোক্তা হওয়া যায় না। আবার কেবল স্বপ্ন থাকলেও হয় না। স্বপ্ন বাস্তবায়নের জন্য দরকার দর্শন। নিজর একেবারে নতুন দর্শন হতে পারে কিংবা কোন প্রচলিত দর্শনকে ফলো করা যেতে পারে। তীব্রতা, সততা এবং বুদ্ধিমত্তা হবে সেই দর্শন বাস্তবায়নের হাতিয়ার।
⛳ বিশ্বাস – বিশ্বাসে মিলায় স্বর্গ, তর্কে বহুদূর। নিজের ওপর অবিচল বিশ্বাস থাকতে হবে। নতুবা বেশিদূর যাওয়া যাবে না।
তিন –সি : কমিটমেন্ট, কন্ট্রোল, কম্পিটিশন। বিশ্বাসের পরই কমিটমেন্ট আর ব্যালান্স। অনেক উদ্যোক্তা ইউনিভার্সিটির পড়াশোনা শেষ করেন নি। তার মানে এই নয় যে, তোমাকেও ড্রপআউট হতে হবে। তুমি যদি পড়ালেখাটা কর তাহলে বাড়তি এডভান্টেজও পেতে পারো। মোদ্দা কথা হল একটা ব্যালান্সড চিন্তা ও কাজ।
⛳ ফীডব্যাক ও উপদেশ : প্রতিদিনই শিখতে হবে। হামবড়া ভাব আসলেই কিন্তু মরতে হবে। এই জন্য ফীডব্যাক এবং উপদেশের জন্য নিজের দুইকান আর চোখ সবসময় খোলা রাখতে হবে।
⛳ ধৈর্য – বলার কিছু আছে কি ?
⛳ শ্রদ্ধা : গর্ব এবং ঔদ্ধত্যকে মিলিয়ে ফেলা যাবে না। তুমি এমন জায়গায় একদিন গিয়ে পৌছাবে যে সবাই তোমার কাছে আসতে চাইবে, তোমার কথা শুনতে চাইবে। রোল মডেল হতে হবে। সবাইকে শ্রদ্ধা করতে হবে।
নেটওয়ার্ক – নিজের নেটওয়ার্ক বড় কর। বিজনেস উদ্যোগ বড় হয় অন্যদের জ্ঞান আর সহায়তা দিয়ে। নেটওয়ার্ক বড় করে সেটি করা যায়। সবার সঙ্গে মিশো, নিজের উদ্যোগের কথা জানাও। জানাো এবং জানাও। “Be the one who approaches rather than being the one who is approached. ”
⛳ ক্যারিশমা – নিজের ওপর বিশ্বাস আর আত্মবিশ্বাস হল একদিক। অন্যদিকে নানান দিক থেকে তোমাকে এপ্রোচ করবে। কাজে সব মিলিয়ে নিজের একটা ক্যারিশম্যাটিক ভাব গড়ে তোল।
⛳ কথা থেকে কাজ : সব শেষ কথা। কথা দিয়েই শেষ করা যাবে না। নিজের স্বপ্নকে বাস্তবায়িত করতে হলে সেটিকে কাজে নামাতে হবে।
