⛳ পণ্য সম্পর্কে সঠিক ধারণা না থাকা খুবই বিপদজনক :
বেশির ভাগ ক্ষেত্রেই দেখা যায় আমরা যে পণ্যটি নিয়ে মার্কেটিং করছি ,সেই পণ্য সম্পর্কে আমাদের নিজেদেরই সঠিক ধারণা নেই । মনে রাখবেন ক্রেতা সবসময় পণ্য সম্পর্কে আপনার কাছ থেকেই সর্বচ্চো জানতে চাইবে এবং ক্রেতাকে যদি আপনি আপনার পণ্যটি সম্পর্কে ভালো বা সঠিক ধারণা না দিতে পারেন তবে সব শেষ ।
⛳ একটা জলজেন্ত উদাহরণ দিচ্ছি : আমরা অনেকেই হয়তো জানি ওয়াল্টন কোম্পানি বাজারে ল্যাপটপ নিয়ে এসেছে এবং তাদের ল্যাপটপ এর মান ও যথেষ্ট ভালো কারণ আমি নিজে একটি ব্যবহার করছি, এখন ও পর্যন্ত কোনো প্রবলেম ফেস করিনি ( আর দেশি প্রোডাক্ট বলে একটু দুর্বলতা থেকেই পণ্যটি কেনা ) ।
সে যায় হোক ওয়াল্টন এর শোরুম গুলোতে যেয়ে আপনি যদি ল্যাপটপ সম্পর্কে জানতে চান তবেই বুঝতে পারবেন আমি কি বলতে চাচ্ছি । বেশির ভাগ সেলস ম্যান কোনো উত্তরই দিতে পারবে না । RAM এর BUS Speed কত জানতে চাইলে দেখবেন কি বলে, হা করে আপনার মুখের দিকে তাকিয়ে থাকবে । কিন্তু আমরা যদি অন্য কোনো ল্যাপটপ এর দোকানে যায় , তারা আপনাকে ভর ভর করে সব বলে দেবে + কোনটা আপনার জন্য ভালো হবে + কেন ভালো হবে + কি কি কাজ করতে পারবেন সব কিছু বিস্তারিত তারা আপনাকে বুঝিয়ে বলবে।
এখন আপনি বলেন আপনি কার কাছ থেকে ল্যাপটপ কিনবেন, ওয়াল্টন শোরুম থেকে না কি ওই দোকান থেকে সিদ্ধান্ত আপনাদের উপরেই ছেড়ে দিলাম । একবার কি ভেবে দেখেছেন ওয়াল্টন কোম্পানি শুধুমাত্র তাদের শোরুমের সেলস ম্যানদের পণ্য সম্পর্কে সঠিক ধারণা না থাকার কারণে, আশানুরূপ পণ্য বিক্রি করতে পারছে না । তাহলে এখান থেকে আমরা কি শিখতে পারলাম : অবশ্যই অবশ্যই আপনাকে প্রোডাক্ট সম্পর্কে ১০০% ধারণা রাখতে হবে, যদি সেটা বিক্রি করতে চান । আর দোকানে সাজিয়ে রাখতে চাইলে রাখেন , আমাদের কোনো সমস্যা নেই ।
